The CRCM and the Paoli-Calmettes Institute are involved in the Bachelor-Masters-Doctorate training programmes offered by the University of Aix-Marseille. They organize teaching in oncology in the Masters Biology-Health / Oncology Course (www.master-biologie-sante.org) and are also associated with the organization of courses given in other Masters: Integrative Biology and Physiology (crfb.univ-mrs.fr/bipmaster), Immunology (sciences.univ-amu.fr/formation_2018-2022/master_immunologie), Structural Biology and Genomics (bio-sciences.univ-amu.fr/master-biologie-structurale-genomique), and bioinformatics (formations.univ-amu.fr/ME5SBI.html). All of these programmes are developed within the Doctoral School of Life Sciences and Health-ED62 (ecole-doctorale-62.univ-amu.fr).

The specificity of our Campus is the presence of students from both Health (Medical and Paramedical UFR) Sciences (Sciences UFR), as well as Engineering Schools (Polytech, Centrale Marseille…). Student training is supported by the Centre’s research teams and by the Keynote Seminar program organized on the Campus.

Many of the Centre’s teams (www.crcm-marseille.fr/equipes/equipes-de-recherche) welcome students for their internships, notably in Masters 1 and 2 as well as in thesis. The training is provided by the more than 20 teacher-researchers from the University of Aix-Marseille and 250 researchers and engineers from Inserm, CNRS and the Paoli Calmettes Institute at the Centre.

Their lectures in the fields of oncology, pharmacology, hematology, immunology, cell therapy, clinical research and bioinformatics allow students to benefit from the main research activities present on the Institute Campus Paoli Calmettes.

The CRCM and the IPC are members of the Cancer & Immunology Institute and the Biomedical Imaging Institute set up by the University of Aix-Marseille in 2019. These are “University Research Schools” which coordinate training, research and development programs. The training programs include, in particular, offers for national and international recruitment at Masters, Doctorate and Post-doctorate levels. The website of these Institutes is available on the Aix-Marseille University website at www.univ-amu.fr/fr/public/instituts-detablissements .
