Reporting in the journal Blood, the teams from Marseille, Créteil and Rouen describe the occurrence in 3 patients, in the same context of breast implants, of EBV + B lymphomas with large cells, attributed to chronic inflammation; this situation widens the spectrum of lymphomas occurring in contact with breast implants.

EBV+ diffuse large B-cell lymphoma associated with chronic inflammation expands the spectrum of breast implant-related lymphomas.
