The selection process involves two steps. After an initial review of applications, particularly the research and teaching project, the committee establishes a list of candidates for auditions. Following the auditions, the committee makes decisions by assessing the merits of candidates (quality, originality, and, if applicable, interdisciplinarity of projects, motivation, scientific and pedagogical mentoring capacity). Selected candidates will receive a proposal for an Inserm chair contract.
