The Marseille Cancer Research Center celebrates its 50th anniversary ! -

The “Translational Research and Innovative Therapies” department at CRCM, led by Nelson Dusetti and Joseph Ciccolini, was established in 2022. It brings together five research teams collaborating with a diverse scientific advisory board comprising scientists, physicians, and pharmacologists. The department aims to facilitate collaboration between researchers and clinicians to develop operational clinical projects, create diagnostic tools, and enhance care for cancer patients.

The department’s activities focus on promoting multidisciplinary projects and translational research, supporting CRCM’s goal of bridging fundamental research with clinical applications. This close connection creates a virtuous cycle where clinical challenges drive research, benefiting patients through early trials.
