Biography I am a structural biologist with a strong interest in protein-small molecule interactions, structure-activity relationship (SAR) and fragment-based drug design.

I joined the iSCB team at CRCM in March 2023, after a postdoc at University of California San Francisco, in Brian Shoichet's laboratory and another postdoc at the AFMB laboratory (Architecture et Fonction des Macromolécules Biologiques) in Marseille.

My projects explore the question of how small molecules bind and inhibit proteins, particularly in the context of drug discovery. Most of my research projects have involved screening small chemical compounds against protein targets and structurally characterizing their interactions, pursuing two complementary objectives:

- on the fundamental side, deepening our understanding of biological interactions at the molecular level,

- on the translational side, improving drug discovery methods to help design more efficient and safer drugs.
